Bought an engagement ring. Spent over 2 hours with them as they showed us various rings and explained each one. They were superb. My fiancee became overwhelmed with tears and the owners immediately closed and locked tbe door and brought us upstairs to a private area. That's what I call customer service. After my fiancee had picked a ring the owner presented her with flowers. Highly recommended.
