At Tinderbox Pre-school we believe that all children should be listened to, respected and valued. We recognise that each child is unique and individual and we strive to provide a stimulating learning environment that includes the needs and interests of all the children who attend. It is important that all of our children enjoy their time with us, make new friends, and learn new skills whilst ensuring that they are developing their self confidence and their self-esteem, which will help to prepare them for formal schooling later on.

Our ethos is to always provide an environment that is safe, happy, stimulating and warm, where each child feels important, listened to and valued. Tinderbox pre-school strives to maintain the close working partnership we have with the families of the children who attend our pre-school. We recognise the importance of each child’s parent/carer, understanding that they are the child’s first and main educators.
