Positioned 5 miles away from the junction of three counties Lancashire West Yorkshire and Cumbria it is ideally situated for visiting the Lake District Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland. It is also 6 miles from junction 35 of the M6 so perfect for a stop off on the way either north or south.

Brunthill House has a varied history as you would expect from a house over 500 years old. It was a pub in the mid-19th century one of three pubs in the village at that time. Later it was used for basket weaving and then more recently it was a market garden with huge greenhouses vegetable patches in the garden.
