Extremely Terrible, unprofessional, rude and disgusting characters of staffs especially lAURA from the senior practitioner from preschool room who handles after school club and cARLY sTILL the deputy manager
I would have appreciated if Carly still have lended an ear to listen to my concerns and not swear at me calling me a bbiittcchh and later denied it when asked by her manager and be more civilized. For Laura I certainly would have appreiciated that she treated my son with respect, showed empathy and gentleness that could have contributed to his confidence and not yell or criticized him by scolding him that he is stupid as his mum and doesn't know how to count So irresponsible with very terrible manners and characters you are! Liars and Cowards. Manager bridge should have been more objective and not sugarcoating and in denial of the allegations. This preschool does not comply with their beliefs of promoting, developing and helping children reach their full potential with regards to self esteem and confidence. They did the opposite of that. highly unrecommendable!!.rubbish the worst place to send your child. They will do harm than good.
