Situated right on the seafront the beach and promenade just yards away we are minutes walk from central Brighton & Hove and all it has to offer. Our aim is to provide a 5 star experience and we look forward to offering you a warm welcome. Complimentary car parking for 1 vehicle is available.

Apart from having 2 luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms there is also The Den which is a separate room accessed from the private terrace of the Luxury King Bedroom housed with bunk beds (Mattress length 5 9 / 176cm). The Den is a perfect snug for adults or children alike a small but cosy bedroom. You will have use of a relaxing living room a well appointed kitchen and a secluded private terrace. Make yourself comfortable on one of the sofas create your own ambience with special mood lighting put your favourite Netflix movie or TV show on and relax. If you re feeling hungry visit one of dozens of great restaurants all within easy reach or why not rustle up anything from a sandwich to a gourmet meal in the kitchen Beaches Brighton is the perfect place to entertain or be entertained.
