A Room With A View is a new guest house on Brighton seafront offering sea and pier views from every room within easy walking distance of all the top Brighton attractions. This upscale B&B in an elegant Georgian townhouse is a 9-minute walk from Brighton Pier and 1 mile from the Brighton Toy and Model Museum. Ideally located close to the town centre and all of Brighton s top attractions like the Kemp Town that showcase a mix of grand seafront crescents elegant squares and a High Street shopping area with a lively village feel. A Room With A View offers boutique accommodation on Brighton seafront featuring 10 individually styled rooms 9 of which have sea views with a luxury hotel feel all in a beautiful and minimalistic style within a grade 2 listed Georgian building. Each of the rooms offer full en-suite facilities bath robes slippers a large window with a view of the sea and Brighton Pier a flat screen smart TV with internet access desk complimentary refreshments Nespresso machines and a mini-bar. Some of the rooms have private balconies and free-standing bath. We offer private parking but we do not have an elevator. /p p For breakfast you can help yourself to an appetizing selection of cereal fruit salad yogurt and pastries from the buffet followed by a cooked breakfast including full English eggs benedict blueberry pancakes smoked salmon with scrambled egg and porridge.
