Situated off the A22 between Hailsham and Uckfield The Blacksmith s Arms in Halland is a unique and genuine Old English pub . Originally built in 1807 as two Blacksmith s Cottages the building was later converted into a Public House and named the Blacksmith s Arms . After many renovations & additions now boasts a traditional & comfortable Public Bar with working original fireplaces 6 available rooms are En-Suite Double for single occupancy standard double En-Suite & 2 En-Suite rooms with a double bed and a single bed which can be used as twin or double rooms. Please note that Room 7 is open plan and best suited to single occupancy. The Blacksmith s Arms also has a Function room with a capacity for 50 diners which is available for lunches evening meals Corporate & Private events.
Our menu incorporates firm favorites such as Pies Fish & Chips delicious Steak. We also offer daily specials Soups of the Day & vegetarian and vegan options. On Sundays our Traditional Roasts with seasonal vegetables & Yorkshire puddings are available from 12pm - 6pm.
Rooms at the Blacksmith s Arms have Flat Screen FreeView Tv s and the facilities you would expect to have at hand during your stay. Breakfast is included in the price and is prepared for you from 7:30am - 9:00am Mon.- Fri. & 8:30am - 9.30am Sat. & Sun.
The Blacksmith s Arms welcomes well behaved children and is dog friendly. We have a car park where your car can be safely left during your stay with us.
