Nineteen is a stylish 7 bedroom guest house in a tastefully converted 200 year old Victorian town house in Brighton s Kemp Town area just a pebble s throw from the beach and the pier.
We had a significant refurbishment in 2014 which included double glazed sash windows throughout (meeting the requirements of the Conservation Area we are in) dark oak flooring completely refurbished ensuites boosted Wi-Fi coverage bluetooth speakers and new smart HDTVs in all bedrooms. Guests can expect contemporary decor and lots of modern art from Brighton based artists.
Location wise our road Broad Street isn t a main thoroughfare but it is moments away from the beach myriad of bars clubs and restaurants and just 3 minutes walk from the famous Lanes and the stunning Royal Pavilion.
We offer flexible accommodation options including room only and breakfast included rates. For guests opting to stay with us on a breakfast included basis breakfast is served from our partner cafe from 8.30am - 10.30am weekdays and 9am - 11am on weekends.
