You may be struggling with a specific issue, or have a more general feeling that things are not ok. Whatever is going on in your life, if you are looking for someone to listen deeply to you, to explore with you what is going on for you, and help you find some resolution, contact me.

I am an experienced coach and therapist. I offer both long and short term therapy, depending on your needs and interests. I am passionate about helping people grow and connect with themselves, and I know from my own experience of psychotherapy that this is both a wonderful and difficult journey.

I have helped people work through issues such as

Loss and bereavement
Feeling stuck in old patterns and seeking the confidence to change

Low self esteem and self confidence
My practice is in Ilkley, very close to rail links to Leeds and Bradford. As I am establishing my practice I am offering a special rate of £29 per session for anyone starting therapy before January 31st 2016.
