The Studios at Rivendell are for Guests that are more than happy to cater for their own needs and for that reason there is not a breakfast option offered with the studios.

The Studios at Rivendell are self-contained with kitchenette s equipped with everything you will need for a short break fridge crockery utensils all bedding and towels. The rooms are en-suits they have been designed for guest that prefer to cater for themselves and families you will be able to prepare your own breakfast and light meals. The rooms have a dining area with table and chairs or Breakfast bar and stools.

The rooms are stunningly presented to a high standard being newly refurbished using top quality fixtures and fittings. The rooms are double glazed light and airy spacious and represent excellent value for money.

Studio 6 is at the rear of the house and has an en-suit with bath and power shower over. The room has panoramic views of Swanage railway and the downs. A settee come bed is also provided for and extra person if required so can accommodate 3 people comfortably. The kitchenette has a breakfast bar also coffee table. Flat screen TV FREE WIFI. The facilities are new and modern yet retain the charm of the Victorian villa.

Studio 7 is at the front of the house and has a beautiful view of the Parish Church St Marys. This Studio has a kitchenette with dining area and table and chairs for up to 4 people. The bedroom is separated with bi fold doors for extra privacy. Two extra chair beds are provided for families. Flat screen TV S are provided with fee view and FREE WIFI. The en-suit has a shower The room is very modern but again retaining the Victorian villa charm.
