Brockhills Cattery, Sway Road, New Milton, BH255QU

I am always nervous about putting my much loved and free roaming cat into lockdown while I go away enjoying myself and have not always felt terribly reassured about her stay in other kennels inspite of reassurances that she was fine. Decided to give the brand new Brockhills Cattery a go as it was very near my home and has a veterinary surgeon close at hand.
Turned out to be beautifully clean and well thought out, in a beautiful location looking out over garden and fields, Daisy could at least continue looking out at all her natural interests from a nice airy run and had a snug sleeping area to retreat to with all sorts of little extras to make it cat friendly.
Felt easy at once with Gerard who runs the place and I'm sure most cats would take to him quickly as well. Also he is very accomodating as far as taking and collection times is concerned - very different from some of the places I've tried - making the hassle and stress of leaving and collecting your cat less. I've always resented having to leave her an extra day either end of the holiday because of the rigidity of those times elsewhere.
Daisy returned home relaxed and very much her old self so i really do recommend Brockhills to anyone lucky enough to get away in these troubled times!
