Clwb Rygbi Castell Newydd Emlyn - Newcastle Emlyn RFC is situated in the picturesque Teifi Valley.

The 1st XV play in WRU Division 2 West, the 2nd XV in the Carmarthen Tyres AWS Division 1 with the Youth XV in the Scarlets Premier Division.

There is also a very active mini and junior section with teams at all ages from 7 to 16. Each side has at least 2 WRU qualified coaches. They meet on Thursday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and extend a warm welcome to any child who wishes to learn how to play rugby.

In November 2011 the new clubhouse was officially opened by the WRU President, Mr. Dennis Gethin. It is located on the playing fields on the outskirts of Adpar and is capable of hosting formal dinners for 180, parties, meetings, fund raisers etc. and is available for community use.

The club owns 16 acres of land and has developed the site to accommodate the new clubhouse, changing rooms, 3 rugby pitches (2 full size), all floodlit, the main 2 to match standard and two spectator stands.
