The Rose & Crown Inn is a traditional village Inn located on top of the hill in Cark in Cartmel just outside of Grange-over-Sands.
The friendly staff will welcome you into a cosy and warm atmosphere where the real log fire is lit during the colder months. The Inn has a patio area for the lovely summer evenings overlooking Morecambe Bay.
The pub offers a wholesome home-cooked menu of fresh ingredients from local suppliers and the chefs and front of house staff are eager to tell you all about the products used. Table service is provided in this Inn to take any worry of the guests mind.
Moreover the Inn has a great selection of cask ales including Cumbria Way Trooper Unicorn & Dizzy Blonde changed around to provide a taste of the seasonal ales throughout the year. On draught the pub provides Carling Amstel Budweiser and Hawkshead along with Guinness Robinsons Smooth and Stowford Press Cider and Mixed Berries. There is a great selection of wines offered as well as a range of gins and other liquors and spirits.
Two En-suite rooms with comfortable Queen Double or Twin beds free coffee and tea and a lovely view looking towards Morecambe Bay are available at the Inn. A delicious freshly made English breakfast is served in the morning.
The Rose & Crown are more than happy to accommodate variations of their menu to suite dietary requirements subject to availability and welcome dogs in the pub as well in the en-suite room.
