Welcome to The Penthouse tucked away in a highly desirable quiet area.

The Penthouse is a part of a gated property with off road private parking and a lovely balcony view overlooking Victoria Park and down the coast. Where you can also sit and enjoy a bottle of wine under the starlight sky.

We are just 5 minutes walk from the beginning of Lord Street most things you want are in close walking distance.

We have Sky Q and free Wi-Fi connection.

Shopping amentites such as Morrisons are 1 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk.

The Beach is just 15 minutes away. Great for walking the dogs or relaxing in the sun.

Southport train station is 15 minutes away where you will have access to Liverpool Manchester and Preston which is great for days out exploring nearby cities. Liverpool airport is 45 minutes away and Manchester 60.

The famous Southport promenade is 10-15 minutes away where you can enjoy coastal views amusement arcades fish & chip shops ice cream parlours and pier train rides for the children.

There you will also find boat rides on the Marine lake crazy golf at Kings Gardens and outdoor singing entertainment on sunny days. A fun day out with plenty of picnic spots or places to eat out.

We also have a range of good golf courses in the area if you fancy a game such as the Royal Birkdale which is a 10 minute drive away. The Trans Penniene trail is starts in Birkdale and Ainsdale great for long walks and bike rides from coast to coast. Perfect for dog walkers too.

Night life in Southport and surrounding villages is friendly there is something for everyone. Whether that be comedy nights in the Atkinson Centre or the Southport Theatre to gin bars and speciality beer hide outs.
