Family rooms are priced for up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 years of age plus baby in cot. ANY BOOKING MADE FOR 3 ADULTS IN A FAMILY ROOM WILL NOT BE HONOURED & NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. All internet prices are for bed and breakfast only. Please note that all pricing is by room and not per person. A cancellation fee of ?60.00 per room will be levied if received more than 48 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation is received with 48 hours of arrival no refunds will be made.
