Your hosts Dave and Maggie would like to welcome you to the Braemar. We are a small family run guest house which is just a stones throw away from the sea front.



We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and individual attention to make your holiday in Blackpool truly memorable. We cater for couples families with children of all ages singles senior citizens conference delegates and business travellers.



The Braemar is located 5 minutes walk from the promenade just south of central pier close to the football ground and central to all Blackpool s attractions.



Over the past two years the hotel has undergone major refurbishment and now offers good quality modern accommodation at reasonable prices. Following inspection by the tourist board we have now been awarded 3 stars for the quality of service and accommodation we provide.

Our brand new en-suite bathrooms provide shampoo shower gel conditioner and towels. In addition our bright well lit bedrooms include flat screen tv/dvds with 30 channels hairdryers tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits iron/iroing board availability and free Wi-Fi.

Limited on street parking is available but we have a Pay & Display next to the hotel.
