Zen-Shin has training centres (dojo's) in and around Birmingham (Sutton Coldfield and Walsall). We teach children from 4 years old in classes appropriate for their age and ability. Karate supports all areas of development, the obvious one being physical development, coordination and flexibility. However the benefits do not stop there, social interaction with other children, working as a team member and learning set movements and patterns have positive effects on children's confidence.
