Frederiques has re-opened in Albrighton (November 2013).
Frederiques brings a taste of the Mediterranean to Albrighton with a menu that embraces the best of Southern European cuisine. From France and Spain to Italy and beyond, the Menu and Specials Board will evoke memories of your travels, and perhaps expose you to some dishes you haven’t tried before.
Our Chef, Laura, sources the freshest and best of ingredients from local suppliers. She cooks your food from fresh so, while it may take a little longer, we think it’s worth the wait. So, whether you are calling in for a morning coffee, a light lunch or having dinner with friends you will find a great welcome, stylish surroundings and excellent food. If you’re not hungry, why not meet your friends for a drink at our lively, well-stocked bar or try a bottle from our interesting wine list?
Sundays are also special at Frederiques, where you can start the day with Sunday Brunch from a menu that includes Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Duck Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Pancakes with Maple Syrup. Or arrive at your leisure for Sunday Lunch served from Midday to 5.00pm with a choice of traditional roast Rib of Beef and European dishes.
