I am a complementary therapist offering a number of natural therapies from Renaissance Natural Therapy Centre, just off the High Street in Harborne. I am very experienced, working as a full time therapist for over 12 years.

The therapies available are Aromatherapy/Swedish Massage, Bowen Therapy, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles, Hot Stone Massage and Reiki Healing.

Many physical ailments can be addressed by these therapies and also they are all effective for relieving symptoms of stress. It is believed by many (myself included) that most illness, disease, and chronic conditions are related in some way to stress and anxiety. The therapies I provide can all help reduce stress and anxiety as well as often helping with the resultant symptoms. Having the time to talk and relax may even give some people the space to realise how to get to the root cause of their stress and form coping strategies.
