You can try 6 different gins learn about how to choose which tonic goes with which and learn all about the history of gin. Gin not your thing Why not take a tour of the nearby Sadler s Brewery the brewery used to be on site but we outgrew our space. Enjoy a chef prepared meal in our restaurant. Head Chef Andre Pelaud and Sous Chef Dave Tonks work very hard at providing quality freshly prepared meals.
