Joanna will first speak to you on the telephone then if it is a large event or a funeral she will arrange a suitable time for a home visit to you. Upon her arrival she will bring with her photographs and an encyclopedic like knowledge of flowers and colour matches to suit your requirements. Joanna will then give you an exact quote within 24 hours after she has checked the latest flower prices from her suppliers.

Unlike many florists Joanna orders the exact blooms she requires to make you event special, she does not rely upon the current stock that is available to everyone. A personal service with thought and consideration at either a time of great happiness or sadness can always be assured with experience and skills to match.
