This spacious first floor modern two bedroom apartment with large living and dining room with separate kitchen facilities the property has private parking and is located in the historical seaside town of Carrickfergus. The town sits on the Northshore of Belfast Lough the property is in a prime location about 200 yards from the town centre Carrickfergus Castle the sea front and harbour.

Carrickfergus is Country Antrims oldest town and 11 miles from Belfast.

With many quality bars and eateries minutes from the front door you can enjoy a night at the harbour with views across the lough or if eating in is appealing we have large supermarkets Sainsburys and Tesco located all literally minutes walk from the apartment and Marks and Spencer is coming to Carrickfergus in 2019. The Omniplex moviehouse is also within walking distance from the apartment.

Carrickfergus has direct access to the Causeway Coastal Route which includes Giants Causeway Carrick a Reed Rope Bridge Bushmills and the Northern Ireland set for the hit series Game of Thrones.

For the Golfer Carrickfergus has its own 18 hole golf course founded in 1926 with great views across to County Down

Royal county down golf course is a 65 mins drive away from the property which is set in the beautiful Mourne mountains

Royal Portrush golf club is a 70 min drive away from the property and for 2019 will be proudly hosting the British open
