With our class numbers being limited we have made booking available on-line but feel free to just turn up and train!!

Our studio classes will be fun but effective. At “The Studio” our fitness classes are suitable for complete beginners to successful athletes; you'll be training side by side and pushing each other to your own limits.

Pricing:

Studio sessions will be delivered in two ways, Express £2:50 and Standard Class £3:50

Spin sessions will be delivered in 30 minute £3:50 or one hour sessions £5
