This house is my family home and represents only fun times for me my parents would truly appreciate and welcome everyone here with a story a smile and a wee cup of tea. They have both since passed and occasionally a light bulb flickers especially around their birthdays March and December some may say it s electrical issues or some may say it s just a hello from the beyond - you decide !!

Located just 20 mins from the bustling city of Belfast you will never be bored with something to do we have the amazing slipway where the Titanic was built visit the state of the art Ulster Museum filled with history visit the classical City hall or go for a walk in the Botanic Gardens. Not only do we provide a scrumptious cooked breakfast as I host I am very welcoming and you will feel right at home.

Upon your arrival or upon booking let me know what you would like for breakfast and I will do my utmost to make it happen. A healthy / Continental breakfast is available - Cereal fresh fruit yogurt orange juice with tea - coffee and avocado cheese toast.

A cooked breakfast would include everything on the continental menu plus scrambled eggs and bacon.
