Classes are based on the Choi Kwang Do martial art system which is a modern martial art designed on sound scientific principles to allow students to develop incredible power and self defense skills while siginificantly lowering the risk of injury that students of other martial arts may suffer. These classes are taught by Master Dale Miller who has 20 years of experience in Choi Kwang Do and has trained with and learned from the best Choi Kwang Do instructors around the world.
