The restaurant is managed by the twins Nick & Paul who were both classically trained in England and spent their formative years separately working in some of the best 5 star restaurants in England and Europe. The coming together of the twins individual talents and knowledge bases has made Shaw s restaurant the success that it is today.



Special attention is always given to using the very best locally produced seasonal fruit & vegetables and prime cuts of meat from the most reputable of butchers. This coupled with the highest standards of preparation and service creates a most pleasurable experience every time. Our restaurant may not be open due to functions being held at the Hotel so you will have to make your own dining arrangements.
