The menu at The Mendip Inn is designed seasonally by the Head Chef to highlight local Somerset produce and the fabulous flavours of the British seasons. Using locally sourced ingredients butcher s choice meat and the tastiest of vegetables on offer the kitchen team support British farmers and where possible buy from artisan producers. Quality simplicity and crafting beautiful mouth-wateringly good dishes is the foundation upon which our kitchen works.
