Welcome to St Vincent Guest House - one of the most beautiful grade II listed buildings in Lynton where Emma and Michael offer comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation all year round. Built in 1834 by master mariner Thomas Geen who was captain on the Bristol-built ship St Vincent allegedly for his mistress (more research underway!) this Georgian house is full of history character and charm (and free fibre optic broadband).
You can spend a relaxing and peaceful break in the heart of the Exmoor National Park where we are just two minutes away from the Lynton Lynmouth part of the South West Coast Path the Coleridge Way and the Tarka Trail (cycle and walking). For more ideas of activities on offer and with great shots of the spectacular scenery watch these two short films - I d rather be in North Devon and Exmoor and Lynton and Lynmouth. You could also take a look at these clips from the BFI for some archive footage of the area.
Breakfast is available from 8.00 9.30 am. You can choose from a Full English to smoked salmon or simply porridge and a range of cereals. We always use fresh free-range eggs and local produce wherever possible and cater for gluten-free vegetarian vegan and other dietary requirements. Just let us know what you would like. Freshly made coffee and a range of teas are available. For those serious walkers and cyclists wishing to make an early start we are more than happy to prepare a packed lunch instead of a breakfast.
