Description

We are a family run Bed and Breakfast we welcome all to our family home which overlooks the village green in Exford in the heart of Exmoor National Park.

We have a walled garden available for your use where you can relax and enjoy the views of the village. There are two local public houses within walking distance providing excellent food. Our tariff includes cooked breakfast fresh fruit yoghurts juices tea and coffee to set you up for the day. We can provide packed lunches by arrangement at reasonable cost enabling you to explore the splendour of the national parks at your leisure.

The walled garden with seating is available and also the lounge area with TV and games

Our family home is open to all we will try and provide you with local information as you require to make the most of you visit to our national park We have books and maps of the area and are happy for you to use these. Our free guest wifi is available in all areas. We hope you will make this your home from home.

Cyclists enjoy the challenge of the national park off or on road. we have secure storage for your bikes available on site

We are situated in the heart of the national park the River Exe flows through the village. We are within easy access to Tarr Steps Dunkery Beacon Lynmouth and many more attractions throughout Exmoor and the beautiful North Devon coastline

There is an accessible car park close to us allowing you to stop over or explore the national park. There is easy access to cycling around the national park and we have secure storage available for your use.
