Welcome to our beautifully restored Georgian manse. Set back from the main road and within our mature gardens Rosebank House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect base from which to launch your Scottish adventure. Situated right on the A93 we are at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park and the Snow Roads Scotlands highest roads from which you can enjoy the magnificent Scottish scenery and keep an eye out for the wonderful wildlife for which this part of the world is famous.
Sit by our wood burning stove or weather permitting in our garden and enjoy and cup of tea and some home baking while you plan your trip.
Our house was built in 1836 but has been recently renovated so that you can enjoy all of the original features with the comfort of modern living.
Each of our 6 guest bedrooms (2 King size Double 2 Double one Single and one Twin) are elegantly furnished and decorated with lovely comfortable beds and quality bedding so you re sure to have a good night s sleep. All our bathrooms have soft fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
After an excellent night s sleep enjoy a delicious leisurely breakfast served at individual tables in our large bright dining room with views overlooking the gardens. Enjoy our buffet selection of homemade goodies including yoghurt granola bread jams and marmalades while you choose your main course from our varied menu. Freshly cooked to order we use homemade and fresh local produce where possible and offer a full breakfast menu to cater for all tastes including full Scottish breakfast. If you do have particular dietary requirements or preferences please let us know when you make your booking so that we can ensure we provide an enjoyable alternative for you.
