Spectacular Views to open countryside and just a short drive to the busy sea side town of Ayr Kilmarnock and Troon

If you are looking for golf courses then this is the place for you. With just a 15 min drive to Troon you are in a short distance of some of the best courses in Scotland. There is also trout fishing lakes on your doorstep which visitor permits can be purchased directly from the club.

The property is very large with over 2700 square foot of living accommodation with very large kitchen diner lounge with 2 corner sofas 52 smart TV free wifi patio doors opening up to a large private garden. There is also a games room on the ground floor with smart TV and X box with lots of games which also has a double sofa bed. There is a large family bathroom with toilet sink and bath. On the ground floor. On the first floor there is 3 large double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms which 1 has a king size bed with TV that pops up from the bed. There is 1 double bed and 2 single beds so this house can accommodate large parties and is very spacious.
