The Spires Serviced Apartments offers you the flexibility of hotel room combined with space and comfort of your own home with free unrestricted car park available to all guests. With apartments big enough to accommodate up to 6 people we can work towards even the strictest of budgets. Each of our apartments comes with a spacious living room area double or twin bedrooms (on request) full size bathroom and fully equipped and ready to use kitchen.Situated within walking distance of several restaurants and a small shopping parade including a supermarket and newsagent The Spires is only a five minute bus journey from the city centre shops and nightspots. Each suite provides the guests with much more than a hotel bedroom: in addition to one or two bedrooms guests have their own private lounge fully fitted luxury dining kitchen bathroom with shower and bath. Our on site reception team will be delighted to assist you throughout your stay whether booking a table at a restaurant or providing local information the team will do their utmost to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Should you wish to bring a pet please contact The Spires Management for more information - please note that a nonrefundable ?100 cleaning charge per apartment is involved.Continental Breakfasts are also available at a surcharge of ?6 per person per serving. The suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings parties or other such events. Stag and hen parties are not accepted. If the apartments have been booked for any of these events the reservation is liable to be cancelled. The Spires reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone under the age of 21. For all advance purchase reservations non-refundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. Remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. Copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory.
