Each suite contains a fully equipped kitchen. LCD TVs and King Size beds are provided as standard. Our location could not be more suited to our purpose we are less than a minutes walk from the thriving city centre yet the tree lined Bon Accord Square offers a peace and tranquility that is unrivalled. Easily accessible by bus and rail and within seconds walk of a whole variety of award winning restaurants - many of which can be booked and paid for via Reception - you ll wonder why you hadn t stayed with us before. Please note: Check in is 3pm-10pm arriving outside these hours without prior arrangement may incur a ?30 call out charge. A security deposit of GBP 75 is required on arrival for all weekend stays. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the Superior Executive Suite is the only room that can accommodate an occasional bed. Occasional beds are suitable for children up to the age of 16 years old and available for a ?25.00 one off charge. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
