We are ideally situated being only 100metres from the beach just 5 mins walk from the Eastbourne theatres and Devonshire Park yet only a short walk from the town centre. Nearby Beachy Head and The South Downs National Park offers superb walking with fantastic scenery. All rooms are en-suite with colour TV full central heating hospitality tray and free wi-fi access.
