Am still sitting in this restaurant, I wish I could say it’s been a good experience but from the moment we stepped through the door the guy with the glasses was rude! The younger guy was ok when taking our order, the starter was amazing so thought the mains would also be brilliant. Unfortunately the chicken tikka vindaloo that my partner had was the blandest thing he’s ever tasted... the chicken wasn’t even tikka’d, he complained to the guy with the glasses who took it from him but then 2 mins later returned and said it was tikka, my partner said it was not in anyway even like a madras so the guy took it to the kitchen and then returned with the same curry and an example of the apparently tikka’d chicken, which was a teenie tiny bit blushed, nothing like the tikka’d chicken I had in my masala.... he then said Rudely “well what do you want me to do?” We replied just remove it from the bill.... so I ate, there was no asking if he would like something different, I gave him half of mine... then he came and cleared the table and took the table cloth off the table....
it’s a shame as some of the food was actually really nice.... such a shame the customer experience was so poor.... we won’t be returning and will not recommend....
