5.0 out of 5 stars Great BIG map and little tiny maps
Reviewed in Canada on 14 April 2020
This book helped me a LOT when in Scotland, even though everyone has maps on your phones, this is extremely helpful wherever you are. seeing all the different parts in cities, towns, parks, etc. It really helped when adding places to go or mapping routes to places when on the road or a hostel. I liked how easy it is to read, and the colours make it super interactive when figuring roads/paths out.

The Indexes help when finding information, but the best part and why you should get it is the ferry and airport information so you know all the ones in and out of the country with phone numbers and websites, not to mention the distance chart to get everything down to a perfect route. This Is absolutely essential when travelling in my opinion.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very handy road guide to Scotland; chose this over a fold-out map

Easy to find cities and public roads. I read the news from Scotland on the bbc.com and this helps me to get oriented to the stories. I would have liked a slightly large format for the book, but this is usable.

3.0 out of 5 stars Kind of small for an "atlas"
Reviewed in the United States on 30 May 2019
A bit too small for reference when traveling a foreign country. It can be difficult to move from one page to another as the pages are not clearly marked. Would most likely purchase a much larger, standard sized Atlas next time.
