THESE HEADPHONES ARE REALLY ONLY ALRIGHT FOR LIGHT USAGE.THEY ARE EASY TO INSTALL,AND THE SOUND QUALITY IS OKAY,BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO AMPLIFY CONVERSATION AND OVER TIME AND WITH CONTINUED USE THE VOLUME HAS DECREASED. I WOULN'T RECOMMEND THEM FOR OFFICE USE AS THEY DON'T HAVE A PRIVACY BUTTON EITHER.

I use a headset at my desk most of the day and this Doro set was both comfortable and the calls could be heard plainly. Well worth the money. Dave

I bought these as I thought they would work well with the Doro 100 Congress phone I bought. I am not a heavy user, maybe 1 or 2 phone conferences a day but these were really not up to it. There was persistent hum which others complained about so I replaced them with a TH-100 set. I didn't bother to send them back as it seems so complex once the 30 days has expired so just took it on the chin. My advice, don't bother. They're not a bargain, they're just cheap.

This goes with the matching Doro phone for my home office. The cord is perhaps a little short and lightweight compared with those that you would use in company offices, but for the money it's very effective.
The headset comes with a series of different coloured foam bits. That's a bit gimmicky, but if you can't live without yellow or pink fixtures on a budget headset, then this is the one for you.

I bought this headset to replace one which had a faulty microphone.
It wasn't too expensive but the connection wire is short and not very flexible.

does what it says on the tin - fine for occassional use. Not suitable for heavy use I'd say

I have little experience of headsets but this one works perfectly well with the Doro Congress 100 telephone and is excellent for hands-free communication... although a slightly longer cable would be good.

      BUT READ ON!!!!!!!!........

As per the comment added to this thread, the headset stopped working shortly after my premature favourable review. I now use a Plantronics headset and cable with the Doro phone, and I wish I had done so from the outset. Buy a decent headset.
