Product description
Review
Lively and funny, these illustrated chaotic canine capers will keep young readers entertained and eagerly anticipating further instalments of Junior’s diaries. ― Armadillo magazine
Narrated at breathless speed by super-excited puppy Junior, this new series is spot-on for newly confident readers ... Junior's enthusiasm for life is catching, and it's impossible not to be completely caught up in his descriptions of his daily activities ... Great fun, and super-readable too. ― Lovereading4Kids
Got a lot of laughs from our testers, two of whom are obsessed with dogs, so they particularly loved it. It tells the story from a dog’s point of view and has plenty of illustrations for kids to enjoy ... A popular choice. ― Independent Online

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 November 2020With a seven year old who is new to chapter books, this really was a great buy. The chapters aren’t too long and there’s lovely illustrations throughout. Even when he opened the first page, somewhat reluctantly, with an “I’m only reading two sentences “ I suddenly found he was continuing way past. The story grabs you, wanting to know more and is a great read! I see there are many more of this series and I can already see me buying more!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Cute book for boys who like dogs.
My son loved this book. It is a diary written by a dog. Super cute as the dog uses language more in line with how dogs probably think. There were interpretations in the book to help you understand what is really being said. My favorite was renaming his pet boy's last name to Catch-a-doggy-bone, which was much easier to pronounce. Gave us lots of interesting conversations about what is real and what is fantasy as not everything in that story could probably happen in real life.

Si un enfant aime les chiens, ce livre est pour lui ! Un livre plein d'humour sur nos compagnons à 4 pattes, en anglais certes (convient à un enfant bilingue).
