- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 March 2014I've always bought Haynes books for any projects I work on. There could have been more exploded drawings to show where parts go and how they fit together. In all a good book but could use some more information. This is my first moped/motorcycle project so I'll need to hit the blogs to get more information.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 May 2014I bought this for a 32-year-old bike and it just like I remember Haynes manuals from 32 years ago - useless. It is hard to understand, has explanations missing and wiring diagrams in black and white instead of colour. Haynes manuals got a lot better than this but they have not updated these old ones.

2.0 out of 5 stars En anglais

my dt is liquid cool wrong manual

3.0 out of 5 stars Nothing to write home about
Does not cover all models of DT50. For example, manual gives no information on liquid cooled engines. I own a 1989 DT50, liquid cooled - manual does not cover this. Manual supposedly covers models up until 1995 - not true. Furthermore, manual does not contain accurate wiring schematics for my 1989 model year either.
Binding is less than adequate also, as my manual is already having pages fall out of the seam after minimal use. Manual was written in England, in traditional British language, strange spelling, at times.
Overall, the "Yamaha DT50 and 80 Trail Bikes Owner's Manual" is just "OK" - better than nothing? It really is not all that all bad, however, could be much better.
Not worth more than $15.
