256gb Voyager - Quite expensive but worth the money. Sturdy build to the USB device and works well. Work copies quickly. Compared to previous USB devices I have owned, this is the most shockproof. Definitely recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great drive, one negetive

It failed after about 10mins of use. I did an Corsair RMA. Within one week after sending the broken one back(all packaging too), I received it and it works perfectly. However, it's formatted in exfat. You'll need to format it in NTFS before you start. It works great and it has more space than you'll ever need.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but Corsair needs to work on testing units before shipping them.

    Fast, reliable.

Room for improvement: I've bought two USB 3.0 Corsair Voyager GT flash drives. One was fine. The second one failed within a few hours and had to be replaced. Luckily that was within the Amazon return policy. No problems with the replacement. (Corsair, please don't use your customers to test your products... fix your quality control issues so that we can buy with confidence.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic drive

I picked up a few of these at a great price and they're fast. The rubber housing seems durable for the daily grind and since it's a Voyager GT model, it's a lot faster than the other offerings out there. Read and write speeds are surprisingly quick. I would definitely recommend this drive if you need large but compact storage at a decent price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Item as described...satisfied with purchase.

Looks like it would withstand being run over by a dump truck. I wouldn't prefer to test that theory with my own, but if Corsair were to perform such a test, I'd strongly consider putting my money on Corsair, not the truck.

Drive works fine. Plenty of storage capacity.

3.0 out of 5 stars and update my review accordingly if the replacement is better.
Reviewed in the United States on 11 March 2015
I've owned several Corsair GT USB drives in the past, and I had very high hopes for this new one. However, within a few months it was no longer useable after having worked well at first. Also, from the very beginning the USB 3 I/O performance (read / write throughput) was significantly slower than other USB 3 flash drives I own.

The drive shows up in Windows and Linux when plugged in, but it's completely inaccessible-- it cannot be reformatted, cannot be written to or read from, cannot be accessed with parted, fdisk, Acronis Disk Director or other disk management utilities. I will try a warranty replacement, and update my review accordingly if the replacement is better.
