This was a present to my Lithuanian friend who is studying English as a second language. Her spoken words are excellent.
She is trying to increase her word power as quickly as possible.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 February 2014It is a small pocket dictionary. The picture is a bit deceiving, because it looks like a normal book. It has all the basic english words, but I couldn't find some more complicated ones.

4.0 out of 5 stars I like that it is small
It of course didn't have every word I was looking for, but it meets my needs. I like that it is small, too.

3.0 out of 5 stars Gerai, bet per maza knyga, didesne raides baisiai reikalinga.
Considering the size of all the thumbnail pictures of all the books on Amazon.ca, you'd think that
this book would've been the same size as most hardback cover books, but it only measures about
2" x 3" and the words are so small that you need a magnifying glass if you have a bit
of vision impairment. Also the price is too high for such a small paperback item.
