I’ve provided 3 photos with my review with higher definition pictures and the scale of the wire cutters with my hand so you can get a good idea of how big they are in the hand. I would say they are as big as the common nail clippers you see but in terms of quality well you don’t get better than knipex. I’m a mechanic and I’ve had to splash out on a lot of electrical safety tools because of all the new battery powered electric and hybrid cars that now need to serviced and maintained so the tools have to insulate me from the dangerous amounts of power coming from battery powered cars. Knipex are the best quality pliers cutters and all things manually hand powered tools. I find that the higher quality tools do last longer although if I can get my hands on older tools I buy them at the drop of the hat because if they have lasted this long then they are a quality tools and I have a set of pliers from 1956 from Knipex that were my grandads so I know they make quality tools. I’d recommend Knipex to any one, anytime, anyday they have a good warranty too.
