The house is situated on a working croft in a great location for visiting the Highlands with easy access in all directions.



The west coast for Skye Aviemore the Cairngorms and the vast beaches of the Moray Coast can all be reached easily. Closer to hand are The Culloden Battlefield and The Black Isle with its small coastal villages such as Fortrose Rosemarkie and Cromarty. Fortrose is well known for dolphin spotting. Fort Augustus 20 miles Fort William is 60 miles and Isle of Skye 75 miles



On the ground floor there is a king-size bedroom with large luxury walk in shower adjacent. The lounge has a large wall mounted TV with Sky and a comfortable lounge suite. There is a large farmhouse style kitchen with French doors looking onto views of the surrounding mountains and glen. The kitchen has a washing machine dishwasher George foreman grill kettle toaster and cooker slow cooker and electric casserole. Also a fridge-freezer and microwave.



Upstairs is a large family room en suite with a king size bed and single bed and another double room.



Towels are supplied heating and electricity is included.



There is also a local post office with a coffee shop. The village of Beauly is a 7 minute drive and has which has several places to eat a post office a bank a hardware shop pharmacy two small supermarkets Indian & Chinese takeaways and two cafes and on Thursday evenings in summer there s a pipe band and Highland dancing in the village square. The Old School has a nice gift shop. The Priory Hotel in the centre serves two course lunches for ?8 and good evening meals.
