Our hilltop B&B is secluded BUT not isolated and we invite you to make it YOUR home from home . each room is unique many with antique pieces. Quality handmade beds provide restful sleep. All rooms have Lake or woodland views. We offer single double (including 4-poster) twin or triple rooms. /p Our B&B is eco-friendly. We buy local where possible. For breakfast we serve tasty local butcher-cured bacon and handmade sausages and free-range eggs from a local farm. /p Just a convenient 5-minute walk to the attractions and amenities of Bownes centre and Lake Windermere Blenheim Lodge offers a peaceful haven from noisy main road traffic crowds and late night revellers. Stay with us for the best of both worlds not forgetting our fab Lake views too! We are walker golfer biker cyclist and angler friendly. We also have onsite parking for our guests. /p Important Notes: /p Please note that Blenheim Lodge is not a suitable venue for groups travelling together nor party-goers and late-night or early-morning revellers and as such we respectfully request that such individuals or groups do NOT book our guest house. Guests book our place BECAUSE they wish to stay in a quiet secluded location. /p We do not take personal credit card. /p We do not take American Express. /p Guests use our car park at their own risk. /p Business & corporate card transaction fee of 3.95% on all bookings. /p We do not have the option on the Laterooms website to state that we do not have a MAXIMUM age of stay and one-year has been inserted by default. Instead we have a MINIMUM age of stay which is 8 years of age. All bookings must include the CORRECT age of any child included in the reservation. Please note also that whilst we have a minimum child age of 8 years in most rooms a higher MINIMUM age of stay applies to our four-poster rooms The Langdale and The Coniston for which we do not accept children under the age of 16 years. /p PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL DECLINE BOOKINGS WHICH WE SUSPECT INCLUDE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 YEARS FOR ANY ROOM AND SPECIFICALLY UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS IN OUR 4-POSTER ROOMS. /p GUESTS WHO DO NOT RESPECT THIS REQUEST WILL HAVE THEIR BOOKINGS DECLINED (INCLUDING EVEN ON ARRIVAL) BUT THEIR FULL PAYMENTS WILL BE RETAINED REGARDLESS AS THE ROOMS THEY BOOKED WOULD ALREADY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FOR THEM FOR THE NIGHTS IN QUESTION CAUSING THESE ROOMS TO BE UNAVAILABLE TO BE BOOKED OUT TO ANYONE ELSE. /p
